Do I need a reservation or can I walk-in?
Reservations are highly encouraged to ensure the best experience. Booking in advance allows us to properly prepare for your visit and guarantee your seat. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed-especially during private events or community experiences when seating is limited or unavailable. We recommend reserving your spot ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
We have 4-9 people. Do we need to book as a group?
No need for a group booking! For parties with fewer than 10 guests, each person can simply book the same date and time online. This ensures you'll be scheduled together for the same experience. You can book up to 10 people per reservation.
What Materials Do You Provide?
We provide all necessary materials for our candle-making and perfume/cologne making workshops, including wax, wicks, fragrances, and containers. You simply need to bring your creativity and enthusiasm to create your custom candles.
How Do I Book a Seat for a Candle Making or Perfume/Cologne Making Class?
All class bookings and reservations are managed online. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot .
What Is The Difference Between a Private Party and a Group Making Class?
Group Reservations are for larger parties during regular business hours, allowing bookings for up to 10 guests directly our website. For groups larger than 10, please contact us for special arrangements. Private Event Reservations require a minimum of 20 guests (or 10 guests with additional fees) and offer a custom experience. A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your date, with the balance due seven days prior. Private events include two hours of candle-making, with additional hours available for $175 each.
What Happens If I'm Running Late?
Please be respectful of others by arriving 10 Minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
We schedule reservations to ensure that we can accommodate you, and your group, at our bar. We also understand that things happen and there can be traffic issues so we offer a 5 minute grace period. It is important for us to give our customers the best experience possible, therefore any parties arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
We only offer guests re-scheduling credit for cancellation requests submitted online 6 hours prior to the scheduled workshop reservation.
No Refunds Will Be Issued Once A Workshop Has Been Booked Only Re-Scheduling Credit.
If you do not show for your workshop, are more than 15 minutes late, or fail to re-schedule ONLINE, no scheduling credit will be issued. Please do not call the store to reschedule, you can reschedule online.
