During this call, we'll walk through your event details, discuss your preferred experience-candle making or custom perfume creation-and explore options for our mobile fragrance bar. We'll cover pricing, logistics, and all the personalized touches that will make your event unforgettable. Let's create something beautifully scented together.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure the best experience for all guests, all bookings are final and non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to offer a rescheduling credit (ONE TIME ONLY) when requested at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled workshop. Guests may conveniently reschedule their experience using our online booking system. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place. Simply notify us in advance so we can warmly welcome them on your behalf. Your guest may enjoy the experience as intended or create your custom candle or fragrance for you. Please note that no-shows, arrivals more than 15 minutes late, or failure to reschedule within the 6-hour window will result in forfeiture of your booking, and no rescheduling credit will be issued.
